Guest guest
I just thought I'd share a way of getting your supplements at a lower cost to you. Some of you may well be aware of this already, but some of you may not. If you buy from the Nutricentre in London, you can get a discount on all orders if you're a member of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (http://www.ion.ac.uk/). I think annual membership of the ION costs £40 for the Gold level, but it could save you much more than that on supplement prices. I think the discount is 25% across the board. Also, if you buy from the USA, prices tend to be better. I order my DHEA, pregnenolone and now melatonin from a company called www.iherb.com and find their service to be very good. Their normal cheap-as-chips shipment method costs about $4 to the UK and products can arrive anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks later (average tends to be about 5 days I've found). Just be aware that all orders valued at £18 or above will incur customs duties and that may delay shipment further, so if you're buying many items, you might find it cheaper to place multiple orders instead of 1 big order. Hope this helps some of you! Marie
