What: Introduction to Biomedical interventions for ASD

Who: This meeting is organized by a few parents whose

children are on the autistic spectrum, with support from Dr.

DeMio's office and and his associate Shoemaker. It will

provide an introduction to biomedical interventions and the DAN!

protocol. ( Defeat Autism Now! )

Dr. DeMio is the father of a child with autism, and

has been an M.D. for over twenty years. His practice focuses on the

medical treatment and testing of individuals with autism spectrum

disorders.

Shoemaker is Dr. DeMio's Physician-to-Parent

Liaison in Cleveland and Columbus, OH. She works directly with

patients and families in any and all aspects of their medical care.

She is a mother of a child who recovered from autism through the use

of biomedical interventions.

When: June 20th (Wednesday), 2007 at 7 pm.

There will be time for questions and interactions with the

attendees. We will have an informal gathering following this first

meeting to create a support group/and are looking for your feedback

as to what topics you would like to discuss next.
