Guest guest
Yes, It is called the RAST. It can be a very helpful tool. We gave it to our son Noah as well and have based his diet on that test for the past 8 years with much success. Good Luck, Shari Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
My son was tested by a GI specialist (that is how we got started with treatment and diagnosis for autism spectrum, but not what we went there for...) and she found casein and soy protein allergies. We completely eliminated these from his diet and saw tremendous improvements in speech and behavior almost immediately. He was completely free of those substances for a year, and the milk products have been slowly re-introduced with no apparent problems. We are still staying away from soy protien, as he was "more" allergic to that. They did blood testing...I think it was called RAST. Good Luck! ----- Original Message ----From: "LBarano710@..." <LBarano710@...> Sent: Tuesday, September 4, 2007 12:40:50 PMSubject: [ ] Allergy Elmination Treatments Has anyone tried allergy elimination treatments for their child? Guest guest
My son did very well following about 12 treatments at Osteomed 2. He became more verbal, more aware and less hyper. It was one of the best things we did with him. Unfortunately, not all kids have responded as well. LaurieLBarano710@... wrote: Has anyone tried allergy elimination treatments for their child? Guest guest
Just FYI, my Chiropractor (who my husband and I see for wellness and nutrition) does NAET. He is an excellent Dr. and one of the best in his field. He lectures to other Drs. all over the country. I have personally been in contact with 3 other Chiropractors in the past year (two in Columbus and one in Newark) and all of them have been to his lectures. They have great respect for him. He's not only good at what he does, but he is kind and compassionate and takes all the time you need. His wife is also a Dr. of Chiropractic Medicine and shares his practice. His office charges are very reasonable. Here is his info: Dr. Bruce Bond Bond Chiropractic Center 6449 Mills Rd Mayfield Village, Ohio, 44143 440-460-0440 He is right off I-271 by the Holiday Inn. If you call him, tell him that Trish Paolucci recommended him! > > Has anyone tried allergy elimination treatments for their child?
