Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 If someone has never been on thyroid meds or had any tests, do they just need the TSH or should they have the Ft3 and Ft4 also? Asking because my husband is going in for an exam before having surgery on Dec 5 for a hernia. He has, to me, exhibited some hypo symptoms.
