Yuk, this is not the right stuff at all. You need to look in a health food shop (I don't know if supermarkets sell it, but they may). The thing you need to look for is either shoyu or tamari, & get organic. It should have been fermented for 2 or 3 years. It will either just contain soya or might also contain wheat also.

It is said that the fermented soy-soy sauce is safe. But the soy sauce Iconsum usually contains Sodium Glutamate, I am not sure if it is safefor thyroid... Anyone knows it?ThanksFragrance
