Guest guest
I would agree that thyroid medication is a hormone also, but when you goggle Liothyronine sodium (which is the first ingredient in my compounded armour thyroid it comes up as a steroid. That is neither here or there as the problems is that people with yeast should not take anything with steroids or hormones in them. It will really aggravate the condition and make the yeast grow. Itching is a classic symptom of the yeast going crazy. Believe me I have been doing this for three years. I guess my question now is. What do I do? I can not take the compounded armour thyroid. I currently use 2 drops of Lugols daily. My Free T3 was the only thing that was low. I am caught between a rock and a hard place and I am not willing to increase the yeast to help with the thyroid. Anyone that has had candida will appreciate that. I would not wish candida on my worse enemy. Thanks Deb
