Please help interpret my iodine tests...............................

Hi all,

Here are my iodine test results taken by FTP Lab

Iodide (spot) 0.511 Range >0.149 Units mg/L L=Low H=High

24 hr urine loading

total urine volume 1650 ml

I & I Loading 47 range >44 mg/24 hr

I & I Saturation 93 >90 % Total

L=Low H=high

Thanks for the help, I cannot interpret this to mean the same as

them...........
