Guest guest Posted December 10, 2008 Report Share Posted December 10, 2008 Greetings all. I've two short questions; 1) I couldn't find Lugol's to save myself. A friend suggested Magnascent and said it may be better. Any thoughts? When I put a patch of iodine on my stomach, it's absorbed in 20 minutes so I assume I'm quite deficient. I use 5drops twice a day. Any problems with working my way up to 10drops three time a day? 2) When I joined this group my welcome message mentioned 'amiodorone'.
