I have noticed some improvement in my sleep. I am less hungry and

don't need to eat something at 10 pm. Also I am not waking at 3 am

and having to eat something. Perhaps this is an improvement in my

blood sugar levels?

I know this change doesn't sound very dramatic, but I am pleased to

have some improvements as my sleep has been poor for the last 18 years.
