The palm is numb sometimes after treatment, not experienced it before drugs

Hi, I have been on T4 for a month, starting with 25 mcg, now switched to

50mcg already, but sometimes I feel that my right palm/foot thenar/arm

is very numb for some minutes, I never experienced it before taking

medicen. Is it a side effect of drugs or could it be sign of overdose?

I didn't observe the blood work but have added 25 mcg for the everyday

dosage. is it too fast for increment dose?
