Guest guest
I take magnesium glycinate because it's the only one I can tolerate. If you can't tolerate the other kinds at such high doses, you may do well with the glycinate form. ----- Original Message ----- > Dr. Flechas said to take 500-1000 of magnesium to help iodine issue. Guest guest
My doctor has had me taking a magnesium/ potassium aspartate supplement. He told me to avoid the oxide formulations because they are not well absorbed, but just pass through the system and out of your body – one of the reasons that they are so much cheaper than the better quality varieties. I take 800 mg most days, sometimes an extra 200 mg if I am dehydrated. My body does not hold on to magnesium well. Really hot and humid days will drain it out of me in my perspiration in nothing flat. in WV a. Which Magnesium supplement? Guest guest
I take magnesium ascorbate from iherb.com. I get my mag and vit c at the same time. Supposedly the two are symbiotic and support the absorption of the other.
