Guest guest
Dear Member We have today opened a new forum under the banner of TPA-UK called 'GabLab' which is specifically for the scientists amongst us, and, of course, for any of you who are interested in the science behind the diagnostics and treatment for thyroid disease - hypothyroidism in particular. Membership is by private invitation only, so please let me know if you would like to join us. This forum will allow our main forum to continue as before in helping and supporting those who have not been able to regain their normal health within the NHS - without too much scientific discussions - although there are bound to be times when we still need the science. There is little information on 'GabLab' at the moment, apart from hundreds of Thyroid References as a first contribution which can be found in the FILES section, but the messages, files and links etc., will no doubt build up quickly. Please can we ask that you stick with our main forum for writing and reading the usual messages regarding thyroid disease, but feel free to check out what is going on in the 'GabLab', and if you have any requests for particular papers to help you with a problem you might have, please ask on either site, in the same way we have always done in the past. 'GabLab' is a private forum and cannot be accessed by others from outside of TPA-UK. We hope you will enjoy this new forum and let us hope that 'GabLab' will be a source where you can get a different kind of help. We hope also that you will also continue to enjoy our 'Chat' forum where you can discuss anything other than thyroid disease, and have a break away from the more serious side of life. If you are not yet a member, please ask Lilian for an invitation to join lilian15@... Best Wishes Sheila and Lee List Owners
