"Pesach" drop biscuits 5 eggs 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 tsp. salt 2/3 cup coconut flour 1 tsp. baking soda For savory taste: add black pepper and chopped, dehydrated onion. Blend all ingredients very well. I put them in my Kitchen-Aid mixer for three minutes. Drop in large spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Prune Whip Recipe 1/3 lb prunes 5 egg whites 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Pick over the prunes, then soak several ours in water to cover, cook in the same water until soft, remove the stones and rub prunes through a strainer. Add the honey, cook for 5 minutes, the mixture should be like marmalade. Beat egg whites till very stiff, add cold prune mixture gradually, and lemon juice.
