I have an autistic son age 16, just diagnosed.....any suggestions

My last request for others to help me get an understanding of teens and autism was answered with a "private dispute" between two members and absolutely no practical assistance to a Mom who is new to this whole thing!!I am asking if any group member has a child who was not diagnosed with ASD until later in their life, for example in the junior high/middle school years? Than I was wondering if any of those parents/caregivers would be interested in giving some practical advise to another parent who has just begun the ASD journey with her 16 yo son.Kathy ZudellI have found out that the measure of a man is not how tall he stands, or how well he dresses, or how much he owns, but what's in his heart that really counts!
