Is SSKI and Lugol the same thing

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I'm so happy I found you, I have been

reading and researching about Iodine for several months on the

curezone Iodine forum. I started taking Lugol and feel GREAT. I'm on

75mg a day.

I have seen people talking about SSKI " Saturated solution of

potassium iodide " on curezone and some folks over I think may sell

it.

Isn't that the same thing as Potassium Iodine (lugol)?

Should I be taken SSKI for Thyroid and Candida instead of Lugol?

I have to say Lugol has improved my Candida out breaks. I can eat

sugar without a huge breakout of a rash. Although I don't push my

luck and eat sugar anymore. I just thought it was awesome that Lugol

has helped me with Candida.
