how much of Lugol should I take

Hi,

I have Hashimoto,I take Erfa. I started Iodine 225mµg / day since one week and I

don't see any change. I want to order Lugol on Amazon but I don't know how much

to take 2% or 5%? Do I have to take it with water or under the tongue?

My urine test for iodine was:

83µg/24h

It has to be equal or superior to 100µg/L or 787nmol/L
