Phew! I am on one cup a day. Now, does that include extra cream, sugar and flavored syrup?:)Question on coffee enemas: Because I am a wimp and am not on the Gerson therapy, even though I have thyroid cancer, I am not dumping toxins as quickly as you mention Gerson patients do. Nevertheless, is a coffee emena still a good idea, as my iodine protocol is releasing toxins and I have amalgams still? What is the minimum times per month/year that the coffee enema should be done, and what time of day?I bought the stuff to do it, but am procrastinating.
