Guest guest
I don't think you have a "mild" deficiency, and I don't think the pharmacist understands how to use iodine. you will need a therapeutic dose of at least 50mg to see results. maybe you could show the pharmacist Dr. Brownstein's book on iodine? gracia On 2/16/2011 5:58 AM, gclarney wrote: I have been diagnosed with a 'mild' Iodine deficiency. I have a large uterine fibroid, prone to ovarian cysts, digestive problems, I have a thyroglossal cyst and yesterday diagnosed with multiple cysts in my breast - still need to have the other one checked. I have ordered Lugols Iodine and when I enquired how many drops would be equivalent to 50mg - as seems is the dosage for all these complaints but please correct me if I am wrong - the pharmacist nearly had a kitten and stressed that dose is far too high and to only have 3 drops max per day. Is she just being cautious? Thanks so much!
Guest guest
Your deficiency is much more than mild with all your problems. Have you read the new members info that was sent to you when you joined? Have you read Dr. Brownstein’s book? I would start the whole Iodine protocol immediately, and work up to a higher dose which is what you will need to heal. Your pharmacist does not understand iodine and how it works. Don’t listen to him!!! Donna in IL I have been diagnosed with a 'mild' Iodine deficiency. Guest guest
Hi Donna, I would have read the info sent to me when I joined but that was some time ago now ... would it be saved anywhere? I'm also unable to get my hands on a copy of Dr Brownstein's book ... have tried everywhere ... will keep searching. I agree, I think it is far more than a 'mild' deficiency. I have ordered a bottle of Lugols and the minute it arrives I will start taking it. > > Your deficiency is much more than mild with all your problems. Guest guest
Sorry for the delay, was very sick in bed. I do hope that you notice this morning that you receive the new members documents and the iodine protocol document every week. Save them to your own computer. I reread them every few months or so, it helps a lot! Donna in IL Hi Donna,I would have read the info sent to me when I joined but that was some time ago now ... would it be saved anywhere? Guest guest
The best place to get Dr. Brownstein's book is on his website at www.drbrownstein.com Steph RE: Re: Confused about dosage Sorry for the delay, was very sick in bed.
