Guest guest
You all are making me smile. Steph Announcement I just wanted to share that I have completed my doctorate in Naturopathy. I have degree in hand now. It's a great feeling. I have started my practice (on paper) and it is called Pathways to Health. I chose this name because of two things. For those that know my story of doing RAI for thyroid cancer 3 times and having it fail and then being told I need ext beam radiation and me running from it and taking the road less travelled ( Frost) by doing it holistically with Dr. Brownstein. Even though there is the "normal" path I took a different one. I wanted to recognize that there is not one cookie cutter solution to our health issues. The second is based on my faith. 9:1-12 where Jesus healed the blind man with mud. He placed the mud on his eyes and told him to go and wash it off. On my journey I was frustrated by those who had been healed instantly of their cancers (my DO being one of them) and I had not be even after much prayer, anointing of oils and the regular treatment. Then my pastor pointed out this story where the man had to take action to heal. That was his "path". For me this was my path as well. I had to act (and learn) to heal. I am working on setting up my physical practice by getting signed up with nutritional supplement companies and just completed training on the BioMeridian Machine www.biomeridian.com . This will give you a better idea what it is I will be finishing my program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in June and will offer wellness consultations. I plan to do phone consultations with this training. I am a little unorganized at the moment with so much going on but hope to be *open* some time in April. So that's my news. Guest guest
, I watched the BioMeridian video and you may be interested in a more advanced instrument that not only reads conductivity but can treat impedance as well . . . In the 1970's the Electro-Acuscope became available as the first FDA Class II input/output microcurrent instrument and is still used today by many progressive physicians, physical therapists, etc.. Despite many biofeedback and microcurrent units on the market, the Electro-Acuscope is still the most advanced instrument available today as it not only measures impedance accurately (which is where the name came from) it is also calibrated to the bodies own electrical current and can subsequently treat the area of impedance by providing a " jump start " to the cells in order to restore function. No sensation is felt by the patient as the microcurrent is calibrated to the bodies own level and provides infinitely variable squarewave currents that utilizes the feedback to calculate corrective patterns. (it speaks the bodies language and responds accordingly) This instrument is also capable of treating the central nervous system. Other microcurrent devices only provide one level of current and can damage cellular tissue. The Acuscope has an internal biofeedback mechanism that is constantly measuring cellular level of conductivity therefore one cannot " overtreat " and the measure of conductivity is provided on a LED readout so progress can be monitored. Something to put on your radar :-) > I am working on setting up my physical practice by getting signed up with nutritional supplement companies and just completed training on the BioMeridian Machine www.biomeridian.com . Guest guest
YAY!! Congratulations. > > I just wanted to share that I have completed my doctorate in Naturopathy. Brownstein. Even though there is the " normal " path I took a different one. That was his " path " . For me this was my path as well. I had to act (and learn) to heal. > > I am working on setting up my physical practice by getting signed up with nutritional supplement companies and just completed training on the BioMeridian Machine www.biomeridian.com . This will give you a better idea what it is > > I will be finishing my program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in June and will offer wellness consultations. I plan to do phone consultations with this training. > > I am a little unorganized at the moment with so much going on but hope to be *open* some time in April. > > So that's my news. > > Buist, ND >

Guest guest
Hi , CONGRATULATIONS! Wow, very impressive. I am sure your research focused on Iodine, of course. (wink) My social work thesis was on the role of depression, empathy and alternative treatments in the management of chronic pain. I can't tell you how many reams of paper I went through before the finished product. And computers have come so far since then! (I graduated in 1997.) (At 41.) I was elated, but exhausted at the same time. I now know why. Have struggled for years with no energy, and am hoping I have found the answers I need now. I would like to find someone local to get a reading. I am in southern California. I did a Google search and couldn't come up with somewhere that they have a lot of practitioners. The list for CA had only 3 or 9 at the most. Appreciate any info you can give me. If I were closer, I would definitely use you! You have done so much for us, thank you. And again, congratulations! I don't know how you do it all. I hope to get to that point someday, to be able to be healthy enough to go back to work. You inspire me. Thanks! CONGRATULATIONS! Glowing, grace~ As Ghandi taught, the secret to life is to struggle against oppression and to fight for what is needed, but not to be attached to any particular outcome. Therein lies the secret of peace within the chaos."For every failure there's another course of action. When you hit a roadblock, take a detour." - Kay Ash
