iodine causing thyroid enlargement/hashis

I don't really have much of a thyroid problem but I took an iodine pill last

week 12.5mg iodoral and for the past week or so I've been having tenderness

sorness in my throat area and trouble swallowing as well as worsened hypothyroid

symptoms.
