Hi

I have been charting temps (trying to be as timely as possible but far from

perfect) for a while now.

My averages are higher than I expected they'd be. They are 'all over' so this

confirms my suspected adrenal trouble. Thing is, I have nearly as many temps

above 98.6 as below.

Would this still count as hypoT or should I wait until I get the temps stable

before I make that judgement?

imo if you're not taking the basal temp in the morning before getting out

of bed you don't have an accurate reading for hypoT.

What is a normal basal (oral) temp?

97.8 or higher.
