Guest guest
Hi I have been charting temps (trying to be as timely as possible but far from perfect) for a while now. My averages are higher than I expected they'd be. They are 'all over' so this confirms my suspected adrenal trouble. Thing is, I have nearly as many temps above 98.6 as below. Would this still count as hypoT or should I wait until I get the temps stable before I make that judgement? Jaye
Guest guest
imo if you're not taking the basal temp in the morning before getting out of bed you don't have an accurate reading for hypoT. --V At 05:37 PM 2/22/2011, you wrote: >Hi > >I have been charting temps (trying to be as timely as possible but far >from perfect) for a while now. > >My averages are higher than I expected they'd be.
