I do believe the 12.5 mg is ok but would like to have something to back it up. Also, I have been searching for studies and find what some list as the US RDA very confusing. The first article I thought was just a misprint but now I am reading in a homeopathy book that says the US RDA is 150mg for pregnant women. Ummm, most say 150 mcgs for people, not pregnant.
