Guest guest
You need to check on your adrenals... they run the sex hormones and help the thyroid work at optimum function!!! I started using time-release magnesium and time-release Vit C and that helps me to not have such loose bowels! Not a fun side effect. laura On 2/21/2011 3:16 PM, Lori@... wrote: My TSH is up higher than it has been for a long time and my temperatures appear to be dropping (feet also getting cold again) rather than getting higher. I'm concerned because my thyroid has caused fertility problems. My cycle is also ending 4-5 days earlier than it should be causing trouble with the luteal phase. I'm just wondering how long this might last and if I should be increasing or decreasing my dosage of Lugols. Do I increase my thyroid medication to compensate for the higher TSH? I probably need a Free T3 and Free T4 done first. Also, the ND did an iodine test with my recent sugar and TSH test and it came back high. Can you rely on blood tests for iodine? One other question.. are loose bowels a sign of detox? I've been having that pretty bad every night. I've been taking all the companion nutrients. Thank you! Guest guest
Liposomal C does not bother the bowels (at least not if you make the buffered version.)AnneOn Feb 21, 2011, at 4:46 PM, Teel wrote: You need to check on your adrenals... they run the sex hormones and help the thyroid work at optimum function!!!
