how long to see results?

Hi, I'm maria and new to the group. I jsut noticed a reference to the iodine

project and looked it up. I had to pick my jaw up from off of the counter,

symptoms similar to mine listed that no one else EVER mentioned. I started on

iodine and it is very easy to upset my system so I am starting very slowly. I

would love to have an iodiine test, but that would eliminate my ability to buy

iodine. But I live near Lake Superior and from what I read I figure there is no

way that I could possibly get enough iodine without supplementation. So, at very

low levels( making me afraid that I am overdoing it won't help, so it will be

very low,and very slow) I was wondering how long it takes for real people to

experience results? I think I am seeing some, like I am not as cold as often,

but what would I see/experience if I raised the dosage? I noticed pain in the

balls of feet on the iodine project, my fatpads had literally disappeared so I

was standing on my bones, they

have regenerated a tiny bit, but aren't in the right place, has anyone

experience with this sort of thing? and thanks for sharing folks.
