Guest guest Posted February 23, 2011 Report Share Posted February 23, 2011 Should supporting supplements - selenium, vit c, magnesium, etc be taken at certain times? With or without meals? I read where iodine should not be taken within three hours after Vit B12 and with protein? Iodine, I take first thing in the morning. Is it alright to take all eight of the 12.5 tabs?
