What form of Mg to take?

take Potassium Gluconate,, I don't really know if the gulconate form is the best

or not..would someone give me some advice on this? thank you.

Gluconate form of magnesium may cause diarrhea. As long as you're not having stomach issues with any form of magnesium, it should be fine. Unless you're having blood sugar issues. Gluconate is processed through the same pathways as glucose. Gluconate form is used in a lot of medications. Personally I really like magnesium glycinate.
