Guest guest
I've been slowly taking iodine for almost a year now. And, except for maybe the first 3 months on 12.5, I don't think I've had any bromide detox. Or else I've handled it very well. I've been at 100 mgs for 5 months and I don't think I've experienced anything like break outs or rash. Could that mean that I haven't really pushed out the bromide yet? (For background: I began taking b/c of skin cancer, scary mammogram --suspicious looking cells...I've never been back, 2 yrs ago--, so I take to ward off breast cancer, history of candida, low thyroid, low D3, low ferritin. I've never taken a loading test. Also have mercury and lead toxicity--from blood level test. I take 60mg Armour, but feel fine on 30mg. I'm chelating on weekend, taking iodine protocol all the while. Also, I use celtic salt on food but never do the water/salt. I'd be willing but I have no symptoms.) I was just wondering if I should keep going up? I keep thinking I would feel something, or see something. Fact is, I just feel fine, but I still get yeasty after chelating, and still have a little activity around the squamous carcinoma scar (reddish, itchy). Did everyone experience bromide toxicity at some point? Shouldn't I? Thanks, Deborah
