Guest guest
Hi Katlheen, I have started reading the information in the files, but there is so much and it is hard to understand or to relate to it at first. I will keep reading the posts and the files until I understand better. Diane > > Welcome Diane, > A good place to start is to read the NewMember.doc. you were sent when you joined the group. If you didn't save it, then go to our site, click on FILES , then Group Guidelines-New Members. Then New Members doc. also To do List for new members is very important. Read all you can there as your questions will be answered. You will also learn much from the daily emai exchanges, I know I do. You might consider taking Natural thyroid hormone instead of the synthetic. A good one is Naturethroid. Most report much better results with the natural form of thyroid replacement vs the synthetic. Most of us are iodine deficient because of the many toxic halides in our environment. Again, welcome and research our site, you will learn much! Guest guest
I'm with you Diane. I find the files difficult to read and hard to find again. It helps if you copy them and paste into your own word documents and save them. That way you can name them something you can remember (hopefully)and go over the ones that are more important to you. It does help to read over and over and it really helps if you get Browenstein's book on Iodine (Amazon has it used or new) and read and highlight a couple of times. Sounds like homework doesn't it? It all starts to come in focus, eventually. Foggy minds will prevail with repetition. > > > > Welcome Diane, > > A good place to start is to read the NewMember.doc. you were sent when you joined the group.
