Yes but you need to make sure you get the proper amounts. They recommend 1-2 - 2x / day. I doubt you are getting that in your B-Complex.

Yes, , make sure you are getting the proper amount of the two Bs,

but you can buy them separately and take them. The product ATP CoFactors

is convenient for people but not the only way to get the dosages.

It's OK if you just need B vitamins but what is in the ATP CoFactors is - 1 tablet 2x per day is what is recommended by the iodine docs.:

Serving Size: 1 tablet

Amount Per Serving

Riboflavin

100 mg

Niacin (as inositol hexanicotinate)

500 mg

Other Ingredients: Micosolle (silica-based excipient), Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and pharmaceutical glaze.Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
