Dear Autism NE,

I am a teacher interested in providing respite care and tutoring to children with autism or other special needs issues. I would like to become ABA trained or certified. Presently, I attend workshops and seminars concerning our precious children with special needs. I would like to know if there is a set program out there that will provide extension ABA training.

If anyone knows of any programs, please let me know.

I would like to thank you in advance for any information that you are able to provide.

Sincerely,

Helen

There is an agency for becoming a certified behavior analysist.

I believe the credentials are BCBA.

Hi Meghan,

Great to hear from you! I'll definately keep that in mind. You mentioned you want to do a potty/toilet training workshop when you are here?

Thanks for letting me know.

Yours,

n

I will be in Cleveland again the weekend of April 25 if you want to have a "meet the consultant" thing again. There is a workshop I'm attending on Friday and planning on presenting a workshop on Potty Training at some point that weekend, but could/would definately schedule soemthing with you guys, too :-)

I think that would be a great idea - always need advice on potty training! Let me know if you are going to pursue this. I can help organize the meeting. 1@... wrote: Hi Meghan, Great to hear from you! I'll definately keep that in mind. You mentioned you want to do a potty/toilet training workshop when you are here? ,

Thanks for your help! That is completely up to you guys ( )

if you think having free access to a consultant for an hour our two

would help your families, but I'm more than willing to do it for you.

I am going to work on the advertising for the potty training workshop

this weekend...but it is going to be April 26 from 10-12 in North

Olmsted.

Let me know what I can do to help you guys with anything :-)
