TRANSITION DRIVES THE IEP

This interactive workshop assists parents and professionals to understand transition planning from school to the community. Transition begins at age 14 (or if appropriate younger) and participants will gain knowledge and understanding on the process of transition and how to address this issue to help prepare our students for life after graduation.
