HI everyone,

Does anybody take lugols drops in juice? and does it matter if it is taken in

juice or water? and with or without meals. It just takes so much better in juice!

I read before that Dr. Jarvis recommended to take it in apple cidar vinegar and

with meals. Not sure why though, he didn't really explain in a way that I could

understand. Something about the potassium slowing down the absorption, and

releasing when the body is relaxed so it can be stored.

Thanks.
