hi,

I ordered Iodoral and want to make a plan how to procede.

I am hypothyroid and have medium to severe AF and take HC for that and reverse

T3 ratio was low so for thyroid I take t3. my iron and b12 are low and i suspect

my liver is clogged.

So, I do not know how to start, and need help with that.

I am taking iron and b12 daily and HC and T3. I started T3 in january and now am

taking 40mg per day. I am monitoring temps as learned from the adrenals group. I

do not like taking HC but for now I think it is the best thing.

I want to start with Liverlife (Bioray Inc.) to support kidneys and liver. I

don't know if I should wait with iodine? it also helps with adrenals so maybe

start that too. But detox might get too heavy?

About the supporting nutrients

-salt and mg I take anyway

-vitamin C I think a whole food vitamin is way better than just ascorbic acid

-a good natural source of selenium is brazin nuts (about 50mcg /nut) is it ok?

-are B2 and B3 necessary for everyone (I take a B complex but it has minimal

amounts compared to the protocol)

-comprehensive vitamin and nutrition program, what is necessary?

http://iodinehealth.wordpress.com/iodine-protocol/

I take a lot of them but not all

I find the word doc very useful in the files. Can it be used to help others here

in Finland, translated and shown to doctors etc.?

I have ordered Dr Brownstein's Iodine book

Susa in Finland

Have you read the new members document? It lists how to start. If you are concerned about your liver & kidneys then I would take the product you recommended for 1 week and then start on the iodine protocol and continue to take the detox product.
