Guest guest
I didn't want to highjack someone else's post but now I am confused... I have an achy liver- had my gallbladder removed in July. AST 54H (10-30) ALT 83H (6-40) These go up and down all the time- my doctor has been testing me monthly. I just bought the Lugol's this weekend, started selenium and already take B's and Vitamin C. So, do NOT take the Lugols?? (I am on 2.5grains of NT) It will be 2 weeks this Wednesday that I weaned off HC... I was on it for over a year and had high cortisol symptoms and I am so much better not on it but I still have the same- fatigue. My temps are good. I did an amino acid, heavy metal, nutrient test and it came back: LOW selenium LOW zinc LOW folic acid LOW B12 LOW CoQ10 Med/high aluminum So, I don't want to take NAC as it chelate mercury (I have amalgams)... I have alpha lipoic acid but did not do well with it. I also usually do not do well with herbs... I have been increasing my glycine intake.. Is there anything I can do to lower these liver numbers?? I just feel like poo-poo on the shoe and want some energy back... Thanks, Lori
