New member w/questions; and can't download the files...

My computer won't download the files so I can't see the specifics of suggested supplements and dosages. Can someone please either post it in the group or copy and paste and send it to me personally? I'd really appreciate it. I'd like to get started asap, but not sure what I need.Also...does it matter which I would use...either the Lugol's (and what percentage?), or the Iodoral? They're the same thing only one is in liquid form, and the other in tablet form?Oh,another question....how can we get the hair to stop thinning; and can we get it to grow back?~dani~
