Guest guest Posted March 10, 2011 Report Share Posted March 10, 2011 Hi, I have been trying to get my daughter on some liver support as she was placed on several extra meds for chronic daily migraines in Dec. & Jan. It is seeming that both times I put her on a liver detox with Silymarin/milk thistle, or just milk thistle alone that she developed some itchiness and very small patches of hives that resolved quickly. Are there other ideas for helping liver detox??? She is on Idoral & supplements, extra B's, Iron, good multi-vit & mineral, all for thyroid, adrenal, and health benefits. However, when doing them , it is important to be eating an organic diet , rich in organic vegetables and also vegetable juices. The instructions for Coffee enemas are under FILES on your page.
