I haven't seen any of the moderators or frequent contributors suggest to *only*

take daily salt if you are having detox symptoms.

The new member document is current ~ the revision date in the upper right hand

corner is 2/28/11.

Lime sounds great :-)

daily, but I read on other posts to only take it if you are having detox

symptoms. I am not talking about salt loading, but daily supplementation. I do

take my salt in a glass of water and some lime juice just to make it more

palatable, everyday. Should I not be doing this?

Hi Theresa,

Yes, you are doing the right thing. Daily it is important to have Celtic sea salt; you can have it in water and also use liberally on your food. The Salt Loading Protocol is to be used when you are having detox symptoms. Kathleen

Confused about salt protocol

In the new member documents it says to take 1/2-1 tsp of unrefined sea salt daily, but I read on other posts to only take it if you are having detox symptoms. I am not talking about salt loading, but daily supplementation. I do take my salt in a glass of water and some lime juice just to make it more palatable, everyday. Should I not be doing this?Thank youTheresa
