which labs to take?

OK I'm going for labs tomorrow at Econolabs. In addition to hypothyroid issues I want to check

adrenals, (especially aldosterone and cortisol) electrolytes, potassium, sodium and liver function

here are the labs I've ordered:

FT3

FT4

RT3

CMP

progesterone

thyroid peroxidase antibodies

cortisol saliva test

1)  I'm not sure which estrogen test to order - serum or total? And should I also get estriol and/or estradiol?

2)  And they say there are no special instructions for aldosterone test but I've read on adrenals list that it must be done at      8:00 a.m. 

while standing up - does it make that much of a difference?3)  Can anyone think of any other labs I might need? Are these the right labs?I have to pay out of pocket and drive almost 3 hrs to the lab so I want to make sure I get it right.
