Lugol's vs. Iodoral in large doses- teeth staining?

Hi,

I have been taking 100mg of iodine for about 2 months and would like to get to

125mg, but the price of the Iodoral is soaring! If I take that much lugol's

would I have to deal with staining on my teeth? I figure I could just measure

out 45 drops (2%) into a medicine cup and see if it's a 1/2 teaspoon, etc.

Thanks for your experience!
