I did the 1/2 tsp of sea salt in 8 oz water followed by 12 oz of water, 1-400 mg magnesium, 6.25 iodoral and 2-1000mg am and 2-1000mg again in pm of Vitamin C, 1-5000mg D3 and 1-Omega 3-6-9. First few days felt good except for a slight rash on back of my shoulder but on day 3 started getting very achy in thighs, hips and lower region around tailbone and still feeling that way. I am drinking alot of water (R0) throughout the day (approx 70 ounces, half my body weight). I decided today (Wed) to stop the iodoral to give kidneys a rest in case that is the lower back pain but have continued with the rest of the regimen i stated above. i should add that i am healthy with no major health problems and very surprised that I could be so toxic to have this much pain when most of your readers write about how great they feel. I am worried that either i am taking too many vitamins or my body is rebelling and I am considering stopping as I just feel overall lousy.... Should I have shown detox symptoms at 6.25 of iodoral as I read most people on the site are on a much larger dosage then that. I really want to continue with this because i believe I need the iodine but don't like the way I am feeling right now. Would appreciate any help.
