Hello,

I'm Baukje from Holland and I'm diagnosed with pcos and hypothyreoïdism last year. I traying to get pregnant the naturall way. I take Armour Thyriod 90mg a day and a lot of other supplements.

I heard that lugol (iodine) can be very helpfull if you have pcos and hypothyreoïdism, so I ordered lugol solution, 5%. I would like to know how much drops I should take a day. I curently use 5 drops a day, but maybe that's to little? My bloodtest of last year showed high levels of iodine, 2129 (ref. 200-2000) that maybe due to suplementation of kelp, a form of iodine.

Is it true that every women with pcos and hypothyreoïdism need extra iodine? And if so I would like to know how much I should take.

I hope this is the right way to ask this question.

With kind regards,

Baukje
