HI everyone,

I was just wondering how many of you in this group take vitamin B2 and B3 for

iodine organification problems as Dr. Brownstein explains in his book.

I wanted to try B vitamins to see if I get more effect with the iodine, but he

recommends 500 mg of niacin(B3) which would cause major flushing. I flush with

1/3 of that dose. Can the non-flush niacinamide be taken? otherwise I'm not sure

how anyone could take that much of straight B3.

Thanks.

The sight she gave is for the DMG product for the MTHFR gene defect. It is a site for Dr. Brownstein's proprietary formulas.
