Guest guest
Your Free thyroid levels are very low should be in upper third. It may be hard to get energy without some iron. I was like that and needed a daily vitamin like Twin Labs daily one. Not sure if the minerals or B vitamins made the difference for me in bringing iron up with ferrofood from Standard Process. Doc is not recommending enough iodine but you need to read the new information that was sent to you when you signed up for this list. It will explain the supplements you need and help you to figure things out. Iodine will help you to be healthier. I was hypo and still am but now am warm and lost 85 pounds and have tons more energy.
