I live in France and have just ordered a few bottles of Lugol 5% solution from www.vivrenaturellement.com (they are in Britanny). I bought the bottles online and then phoned them to request urgent mailing, which they kindly supplied. I did NOT find Lugol at my local pharmacy, so I'm happy to have found the online product from a repudable operation.

mistake: the lugol solution I just bought in France from www.vivrenaturellement.com is actually Dr. 's formula, which uses sodium iodide instead of potassium iodide!!

Now I am stumped as to what to do next and how to use it.
