No we've never used a service, we do have a suggestion. If you have tutors for a home program, some are often willing to babysit on the side. They know your child and understand how to deal with a child on the spectrum. If you don't have tutors, you may know other families with tutors willing to babysit -- again, they know how to deal with a child on the spectrum.
