I get Lugol's 1% solution from the pharmacie. It costs about 15 euros for 300 ml and last 4 to 5 months. This is much cheaprer than Iodoral. I ask the pharmacist for a free-be homeopathic drop syringue. 50 mg of Lugol's = Approx. 80 homeopathic drops. This saves counting it out every morning.
