nascent iodine

I am know this has been discussed before and I did read what I could find from

the group on nascent iodine but didn't see any comments from someone who

actually used it. Is there anyone in this group who has used this form and maybe

also used Lugol's and could tell what their experience was? Also, what do the

iodine experts like Dr. Brownstein say about this type of iodine? Thanks.

Sheila, Mark Sircus is the expert on Nascent iodine...here's an article you can

read on it. He is good buddies with Brownstein who of course, recommends

Iodoral or Lugol's rather than the Nascent. Basically, I believe that the

Nascent is not quite as powerful in the system than the Nascent.

Mark also has a wonderful blog which he writes in everyday about the situation

in Japan and the radiation effects. He often has Brownstein chime in on a lot of

it. It's a must read for people who do not understand the full benefits of

Hi JOT - yes, Mark Sircus comes very highly respected. Perhaps

now is the time for all of us who still have a thyroid to check out whether

they too should be saving our thyroid by supplementing with iodine after

reading this latest blog. Bob has been working in the Nuclear Industry for over

9 years and is of the belief that we should not believe all that others would

want us to believe- and only yesterday, he sent me the same link to the nuclear

think that we should take all this very seriously, but it is up to each member

to talk to discuss this with their medical practitioner.
