What is the best iodine I can get (newbie)

to start out with that is findable at health food stores usually.

I asked before but the board has been very

very busy with all that has been happening. I want to start but Steph I

still have some questions about my son doing this.

No idea if the health food stores carry them but Lugol's or Iodoral are the only

forms used in the iodine protocol ~ so either of those are the products that you

would want to buy in order to follow the protocol and also receive feedback from

or the other moderators when a question comes up.

The supporting nutrients are not optional ... be sure to get them on board as

well.

This is all easily found in the new member document which is located in the

FILES.

It is very difficult to find a good iodine in the healthfood store. Most are potassium iodide only and very low dose (micro grams). I would recommend ordering online - either Iodoral or Lugol's liquid.
