No, I didn’t. I’ll have

to wait a little bit due to all the medical bills right now we have, but I will

check into doing that.

I was taking all the companion nutrients while

taking iodine. I’m just going to start out again with a smaller

dosage. I may have worked up too quickly.

Lori-- Yes, it may well have been that you accelerated too fast. But

anxiety is DEFINITELY a detox symptom. I think you are safe to say that

your iodine test was a false high and that you have major bromide toxicity

which is why you have detox symptoms so prominently.

Here's some information about me. When I first started taking iodine I

didn't have that significant of detox symptoms, but when I got up to 75mg I

started having what felt to me to be severe detox. I dropped back my dose

and just kept it there for months. Now with the radiation threat, I've

been taking more than triple my regular dose, and I'm so far not having

many if any detox symptoms. So I'm an example of someone who dropped back

the dose and let it soak, and was able then to raise the dose without detox

symptoms getting in the way.

Both Steph and I have reported in the past that on raising our dose it took

7--10 days for detox symptoms to arise, so the jury is still out, but so

far, so good.
