Goiters are caused by iodine deficiency. I took it a year ago and my goiter doubled in size. I started with mcg's and

went ot 150 mgs. In 2 weeks it had doubled in size.

I was also taking 200 mcg selenium, seasalt, C, D, B, and magnesium.

What if I took armour w/ it?

Hi Alan,Please tell the rest of the story. So in the first two weeks it doubled. What happened after that? Did you continue taking iodine? Is it still doubled in size? Did it shrink?
